Audi check-engine codes are routinely chained — a P0301 misfire on a 2.0T can come from a failing coil, a carboned valve, a leaking PCV, or a stretched timing chain. We diagnose Audi on ODIS so we see the whole story across the gateway, not just one module.
Direct-injection Audi engines (EA888 Gen 2/3, EA839) are particularly prone to misfires caused by intake-valve carbon. We walnut-blast valves when measurements warrant it and we have the data to prove it.
