Audi requires very specific oil approvals (VW 502.00, 504.00, or 508.00 depending on engine and year). The wrong oil — even if it's expensive synthetic — causes timing chain wear and turbo coking. We carry the approved oils and we don't substitute.
Every Audi oil change at ISA includes a new OEM filter element, a new drain plug seal (one-time-use), and a service interval reset performed correctly on ODIS so your dash shows accurate next-service mileage.

- Drain and refill with the exact VW/Audi approval for your engine
- Replace the cartridge oil filter and housing seal
- Replace the one-time-use aluminum drain plug crush washer
- Reset the service interval on ODIS
- Top off all fluids and inspect the underbody for leaks
Owner tips
- Don't follow the 10k 'longlife' interval if you do mostly short trips — 5k is safer
- Use only 502.00 / 504.00 / 508.00-approved oil for your engine — generic 'European blend' is not the same
